Upstream Supply Chain Digital Product Owner
LOCATION
Hybrid – Spring, TX 77373
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Product Owner to lead the design, selection, and deployment of digital solutions across Upstream Supply Chain operations. This individual will play a critical role in enabling digital transformation initiatives for both Offshore and Onshore Supply Chain processes.
Primary skill set (mandatory technical skill sets):

Experience in digital product ownership and lifecycle management

Strong understanding of upstream supply chain operations (Offshore & Onshore)
-
Ability to lead software evaluation, selection, and implementation
-
Familiarity with data architecture, master data objects, and integration
-
Experience building and executing IT strategic roadmaps
Must Have skill sets:
-
5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Digital Transformation roles

Deep knowledge of Agile project management frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

Proven success in delivering digital tools in a global or enterprise-scale environment

Strong change management capabilities with cross-functional stakeholder engagement
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have skill sets:

Experience in oil & gas or energy industry supply chain

Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar Agile platforms
-
Certification in Agile (CSPO, SAFe POPM) or Project Management (PMP)
