Job Description: We are looking for exceptionally bright individuals to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, customer-focused product team. This role requires candidates with quick learning skills, attention to details and excellent communication skills. Provide administration and support to server environment, network infrastructure, desktops, and business applications. Build, configure, and maintain internal and/or external server systems. Develop and maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoot network performance issues; create and maintain disaster recovery plan. Recommend upgrades, patches, new applications, and equipment. Provide technical support and guidance to users.

Responsibilities • Manage all local server/storage infrastructure (install, migrate, maintain, etc.) • Manage local network systems including LAN equipment and Fortinet Wireless • Responsible for all local desktop and laptop deployments and ongoing support. • Manage Active Directory, group policies, DNS, DHCP, local file/print servers, network printers, etc. • Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure. • Installs, configures, tests, and maintains operating systems, application software and system management tools. • Ensures the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. • Maintains security, backup, and redundancy strategies. • Writes and maintains custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. • Participates in the design of information and operational support systems.

• Liaises with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. • Analyzes and defines system requirements which may include Enterprise services, servers, and workstations. • Assist with software and hardware upgrades. • Inventory and Network audit management • Vulnerability Management of Server and Workstations • Reporting on system performance, Review Security Logs and triage threats • Troubleshooting network problems • Hyper-V virtualization support • SAN management and support • Disaster recovery management • Troubleshoot, develop, and design network architectures consisting of multilevel access and multilevel security platforms supporting sites across multiple locations globally • Create/modify Microsoft Visio network diagrams. • Adapt to changing environments and coordinate large scale implementations using available resources • Evaluate and report on new/emerging network/communication technologies to enhance capacity, performance, and reliability of the network •

Assist with development and execution of test plans and supporting documentation of all communications security configuration upgrades, additions, or revisions for customer approval before implementation • Ensure that the solutions are fully documented and in compliance with applicable security requirements for the classification level of the system • Provide end user support for Office 365, Teams, RDS, remote VPN connections, etc. • Provide on-call support for all production systems as needed. • Provide reporting and updates to management and associates.

Requirements: • 5-7 years of overall experience with multiple years in various responsibilities outlined. • BA/BS degree with relevant certification courses • Proven working experience in designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting networks, operating systems, and enterprise software.

• Significant experience administering Microsoft related technologies: Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, MS SQL Server, GPO’s, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Teams, MS One Drive etc. • Experience with managing Hypervisor technology such as Hyper-V • Backup products experience such as Microsoft DPM • Expertise with firewalls such as VPN, office to office VPN, and client VPN setup • Expertise with routers such as Fortinet, Cisco, Netgear etc. • Solid scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell.) • Working knowledge of a wide range of datacenter technologies including Local (LAN) and wide-area networks (WAN); NAS and/or SAN storage technologies and VPNs Network protocols such as TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, etc. • Ability to implement Information Assurance/security solutions to support customers’ requirements. • Working experience managing and maintaining Linux server systems.
