DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides daily support to end user community by managing incidents and working with Enterprise Tech and HCL for resolutions.
- Manages enforcement of policies, standards and controls for the Enterprise and the individual Segments
- SAP FICO module experience required.
- Entertainment Industry experience is a plus.
- Test scripting writing a plus as is user training experience (end-user).
- Must be strong with basic accounting: journal entries, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strategy creation and execution skills
- Strong experience in SAP FICO module is required.
- Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
- Coordination skills
