DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides Enterprise RTC support for QE close and Consolidation process by assisting BCS Hierarchy build and validation process.
- Supports master data including creating and submitting governance requests, testing, and validating changes in test and production. On average, we receive at least 400+ master data requests per quarter.
- Monitors and approves system security authorization for critical PTC roles
- Provides daily support to end user community by managing incidents and working with Enterprise Tech and HCL for resolutions
- Manages enforcement of policies, standards and controls for the Enterprise and the individual SegmentsSAP – FICO module required.
- Test script writing and user training experience helpful (end-user).
- Master data and master data governance experience helpful.
- Bachelors Required
