This is dedicated to Fuels and Lubes Wholesale and Retail Business (SD module IS-Oil &Gas). The SAP Order-to-Cash Expert is working in an Agile team on prioritized work items, responding to problem tickets and service requests made by customers / business partners. In addition to base support, the business work groups provide consultation and design services in response to requests for enhancements and projects to the OTC process, perform unit / acceptance testing and coordinate the IT and change management activities for the requested enhancements and projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work in a local Scrum team, part of a global organization
- IT contact point to provide system trouble shooting & solutions to users
- Implementation and maintenance of system & application enhancement, small work items and projects
- Participate in extra assignments as opportunity arise i.e., safety, control, etc.
- Consult users and business partners, coordinate with internal and 3rd party developers
- Help us solve / implement complex problems and business requests
- Act as a mentor for the team
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years o experience of:
- SAP OTC/SD knowledge
- Application Support
- General SAP (including testing)
- General MS Office tools
- Fluent English written and verbal skills
