Pantheon is seeking a Project Manager for our major client.

Experience
- This position is for an IT project manager on an agile project to implement a cloud SaaS solution for our contact center. The candidate will require the following:
- Significant IT project experience as a project manager
- Experience with Agile project methodologies
- Experience delivering cloud SaaS solutions including vendor coordination and integration with enterprise systems
- Experience working with contact centre or customer service environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage business and technical stakeholders through change, adoption, and operational readiness in a customer-facing environment
- Experience with contact centre technology projects -Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations -Experience with Azure DevOps -Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions
- Documentation and deliverables as determined by client standards
