Position and Project Description
An Organizational Change Management (OCM) position for technology projects drives employee adoption and proficiency of new systems, focusing on the people side of implementing new technologies and processes. They develop strategies to minimize resistance, conduct impact assessments, and lead communication/training efforts.
We are looking for an OCM specialist for our Nuclear Business Technology program to help with the delivery of multiple technologies. These projects include content management, workflow tools, M365 and office productivity tools, and a mass migration of data.
Education
- Prosci/ADKAR certification or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent and/or Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Professional in Human Resources, IABC Accredited Business Communicator
Experience
- 5+ yrs in OCM role for delivery of large scale, complex technology programs
- Experience in modern change management practices related to technology
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without direct authority
- Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles
- High adoption rates of new technologies
