DESCRIPTION

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Partnering with our go-to-market team and providing support across sales and product demos
  • Playing an active role in the hiring process for new team members
  • Serving as the architectural SME for CPQ solutions
  • Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations
  • Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
  • Lead solution design sessions with business partners and other business and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to translate requirements/business rules of Oracle CPQ into detailed technical specifications
  • Defining new and refining existing business processes and implementing tools and templates
  • Mentoring team members in their career development
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
  • Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • At least 4-6 years in CPQ and/or CLM solutions with a minimum of leading two full end to end implementations of Oracle CPQ
  • Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
  • Understanding of Lead to Cash business processes and technology
  • Familiarity with CPQ implementation best practices and standard documentation with an understanding of efficient business processes within the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) domain
  • Strong Technical skills in CPQ Product Configuration, BML Scripting, and BMQL
  • Expertise around designing and implementing solutions in CPQ Cloud (Big Machines) platform and related web technologies to meet customer requirements
  • Pre-Sales and/or sales experience within the domain
  • Project experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST/XML/JSON)
