DESCRIPTION

  • A minimum of 5 years’ of experience on large Finance / Tax projects.
  • 10 years overall ERP experience
  • Tax system 3rd party front end SaaS solutions with integration to SAP back office
  • Responsible for the translation of business need to technical solution in support of
  • project delivery and success
  • Partner with user teams to understand business requirements
  • Participate in functional and technical design sessions. Provide key input into
  • design
  • Participate, review and provide recommendations on requirements, design
  • documents and process flows.
  • Support business ownership of business process flows
  • Oversee traceability of business requirements through to functional specs, technical
  • specs and test cases
  • Participate in documentation tasks as needed (i.e. specs)
  • Review technical specifications and provide recommendations of approval
  • Work with business to confirm scenarios, validate design, test data & results
  • Participate in testing activities including developing, reviewing or executing test
  • scripts, test results, defect triage
  • Responsible for inputs into the Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions (RAID) log
  • pertaining to business architecture; work resolution of items; work with project
  • management team
  • Proactively identifies issues and analyze options to resolve
  • Identifies and resolves business architecture issues and conflicts
  • Involved in strategic planning; partnering with business stakeholders for
  • prioritization, ensures proper setup for projects and sustainment efforts
  • Supports leadership with project funding requests and associated sourcing and
  • contract management
  • Manages escalations to leadership and to vendors as appropriate to drive results
  • Continually apprises leadership and relevant business stakeholders of status with
  • business architecture items and anything not on track
  • Collaborates closely with partners across the organization including business
  • partners, solution architects, and delivery managers
  • Builds strong relationships with and manages large and diverse groups of
  • stakeholders at multiple levels, from end users to executives, across the enterprise
  • Mentor high-performance teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • ERP Experience
  • Experience on large Finance / Tax projects
