Pantheon is seeking a Business Analyst for our major client.

Looking for a Business Analyst to join the Nuclear Business Technology team to help with requirements management, workshop facilitation, presentations, business analysis, etc. for the NBT program.
Education
- Certified Business Analyst professional; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science; and/or equivalent.
Experience
- 5+ yrs in BA role for delivery of software
- Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills
- Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles
- High adoption rates of new technologies
- Business Process Modeling Experience
- Journey Mapping
- Understanding of modern technologies and architectures
Deliverables
- Planning documentation
- Requirements elicitation
- Use Case documentation
- Testing materials (e.g. scripts, scenarios, etc.) and Acceptance criteria
- Requirements management
- Job Aids
- Workshop facilitation
- Documentation of complex business concepts
