Administrative Assistant
Location: Cold Lake, Alberta
In office full time – 5 days on / 2 days off – Every other Friday off
Hours 6:30 –3:30 OR 7:30 to 4:30
Academic
-
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is a minimum requirement

Qualified business or administrative assistant diploma/certification or similar designation is an asset
MAIN FUNCTIONS
-
Provides administrative support to a department or individual.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) are required
-
Experience using SAP and KRONOS time keeping is an asset, or any other timekeeping / system tracking programs

Knowledge of SharePoint and other collaboration tools is an advantage

1-7 years of office administration experience is preferred. Oil & Gas industry experience in an asset.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.

Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems, strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience
