Business Analyst

Pantheon is seeking a Business Analyst for our major client.

Location: Regina

Experience

• This position is for an IT business analyst on a project to implement a cloud SaaS solution for our contact center. The candidate will require the following:
• Significant IT project experience as a business analyst
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with contact center technology projects -Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations -Experience with Azure DevOps -Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions
• Documentation and deliverables as determined by client standards.

Education

IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA or IIBA AAC
