DESCRIPTION
The Data Culture Advisor is responsible for fostering the growth of the data analytics culture and communities across the global enterprise. This is accomplished by executing the Data Culture Data Adoption strategy, creating and nurturing Communities of Practice (CoP) at our global GBCs, and by organizing and executing analytics events (i.e. analytics workshops, trainings, etc.).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Execute the Data Adoption strategy – Increase data analytics skills and experience across the corporation through marketing of the Data Adoption strategy and by encouraging and tracking participation.
- Community Organization and Growth – Facilitate the creation and growth of data analytics communities across the corporation. Foster a culture of data adoption and good data habits both locally and at the global GBCs. Encourage participation in data analytics events, trainings, and workshops.
- Data Analytics Event Planning – Plan and execute data analytic events (i.e. analytics trainings, and workshops). Work with external speakers and trainers to identify impactful data analytics topics and trainings to bring to our organization. Organize and execute analytics events to increase awareness and help personnel to learn and practice data analytics skills.
