Repair Associate

LOCATION

Plainfield, IN (6:30 am-3:00 pm) Pay Rate $17.00

DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of a Repair Technician is to install parts and assist in the repair of consumer electronics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform tasks such as part installation, general diagnosing, and repair of electronics.
• Assist diagnostic technicians with the repair of LCD/LED and Plasma TVs and Monitors across multiple manufacturers.
• Take apart and re-assemble TVs and Monitors
• Analyze failed equipment according to procedures and determine whether the equipment is repairable under manufacture warranty or out-of-warranty repair thresholds.
• Utilize manufacturer websites to assist in diagnostics and/or part number identification.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma, (GED), or equivalent work experience.
• Must have a basic working knowledge of testing procedures for TV.
