STAFF AUGMENTATION / CONTRACTING
In this model, Pantheon provides qualified experts to work at your site and fully-embedded in your team. Your managers provide all assignments directly and control all day-to-day coordination.
CONSULTING / SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
In this model, Pantheon provides short-term engagement of expertise at the times most critical to your project. The management model is determined by the scope of the project and the nature of any deliverables.
OFFSHORE SERVICES
Pantheon offshore staff will act as an extension of the customer’s project teams. Customer supervisors and managers are responsible for task allocations, management and scheduling. In some cases, Pantheon staff is engaged both at the customer side and Pantheon offshore delivery centers.
OUTSOURCED / MANAGED SERVICES
Managed Services is the ideal model for long term IT outsourcing strategy and is often adopted by customers as a continuation of an existing Staff Augmentation engagement. Pantheon offshore managers are responsible for the entire life cycle of the development and support engagement.
CO-MANAGEMENT
This model is usually adopted to reduce risk associated with Staff Augmentation and functions as a bridging model between the Staff Augmentation and Managed Services Models. In this model the customer retains certain management controls and Pantheon is only required to manage certain aspects of the engagement.
TIME-AND-MATERIAL
Time and Material or T & M is a pricing-based IT outsourcing model. The customer makes payments based on the number of hours of work completed per day.
MANAGED CAPACITY
In Managed Capacity, the customer buys a certain quantity of person-hours or person-days from Pantheon at a pre-negotiated rate. In certain situations, these are also bought as a certain number of seats in a designated Pantheon delivery centers.
FIXED-PRICE
This model is Fixed-Price based information technology outsourcing model and is the most mature of the models. In this model, a fixed amount of money is guaranteed to Pantheon for delivering a piece of work subject to mutually agreed milestones.
OUTCOME-BASED
This model provides incentives for better outcomes, and penalties for lesser outcomes. The criteria for measuring the desired outcome is determined at the beginning of the engagement.
PUBLIC SECTOR ENGAGEMENT
Pantheon’s public sector services are targeted at supporting federal, state and local government agencies with the development and implementation of high performance, mission critical software systems.
Pantheon’s (GSA Schedule) government-wide contract vehicles include all of Pantheon’s product and service offerings to support various federal government agencies and prime contractors under pre-negotiated terms and conditions.
